JuniperPlace is a homeschool co-op built around a simple idea: children learn best when they have the freedom to explore, the space to play, and the right environment to grow.

We’re blending the thoughtful, child-led principles of the Montessori method with something just as important — free play, imagination, curiosity, and the freedom to simply be kids.

At JuniperPlace, there isn’t always a lesson plan for the day. Sometimes learning looks like building an elaborate fort, digging in the dirt, making something beautiful, getting lost in a book, figuring out how something works, or spending an hour completely absorbed in an idea that came out of nowhere.

We believe in following the child — noticing what sparks their interest and giving them the tools, time, and encouragement to go a little deeper.

There will be practical life skills, hands-on learning, art, nature, books, numbers, movement, creative projects, and plenty of opportunities to work together. But there will also be muddy shoes, big questions, messy tables, imaginary worlds, spontaneous adventures, and lots of time to play.

JuniperPlace is a place to learn without rushing, grow without comparison, and discover without always needing an answer.
